Rescued from an animal hoarding situation, this tiny 5-month-old, 8-pound Chihuahua spent the beginning of her life getting lost in the shuffle. Now that she's safe, loved, and finally getting the attention every puppy deserves, her adorable personality is blossoming more each day.

Libby is a sweet, affectionate little girl with the happiest wiggles you've ever seen. She absolutely loves toys and can happily entertain herself before racing over for cuddles and attention from her favorite people. As her confidence grows, so does her curiosity, and it's been a joy to watch her discover just how fun life can be.

Because she missed out on so much early socialization, Libby is still learning that the world is a safe place.
