DESCRIPTION
Hi, we're Cairo, Niles, Elle, Asher, and Louis-five little souls who were once waiting in a high-kill shelter in Alabama, unsure if anyone would ever see us or give us a chance.
Then everything changed.
Big Dog Ranch Rescue opened their hearts and welcomed us to safety. Here, we've discovered what love feels like. We have full bellies, soft beds, tasty treats, medical care, and kind people who remind us every day that we matter. For the first time, we can simply be puppies-playing, learning, and slowly leaving our fears behind.
We're taking time to decompress, build our confidence, and let our true personalities shine. Each day, we become a little braver, a little happier, and a little more ready to find the forever families we've always dreamed of.
We are so grateful to Big Dog Ranch Rescue for giving us a second chance at life. Soon, we'll be ready for adoption, and we can't wait to show you just how much love five grateful little pups have to give.
Could one of us be the missing piece of your family?
ABOUT: CHIHUAHUA DOG BREED
The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature. Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
