Sadie is 12 yrs old, she weighs 4 lbs and she is a senior Chihuahua with a short-haired tri-color coat which will require minimal grooming. After surviving a hoarding situation, she has recently been moved to her new foster in Riverside, California and she is looking for her forever home. Sadie has some type of deformity in her rear legs and hips but she still gets around to run and play. We don’t know if this is congenital or from an old injury.

Sadie is house trained using pee-pads so she will need some help with training to potty outdoors. She comes when called, so absolutely no name changes! Sadie is a complete lap dog who loves to be held, and she longs for her forever family.

Sadie is microchipped, vaccinated and spayed and she would love nothing more than a forever home to call her own.

The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature. Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.
