Meet Roger! This 7 pound, 3 month old chihuahua, with the cutest ears, is looking for his fur-ever home. He is super snuggly and loving. We found Roger at an animal shelter in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He was hiding under his bed, scared to death. We knew we had to save him. Roger is now in NJ looking for a family to call his own. Roger is good with children, other dogs and cats. He will remain small when full grown.
