DESCRIPTION
Max is a sweetheart who did not deserve to be dumped in a high-kill shelter by his owner of 11 years. Not only was he flea infested, even sadder, it was not disclosed that this baby is blind! Imagine his fear of the unknown as they drove away and left him there. Max has a great sniffer and learns to navigate his surroundings quickly. He is very affectionate and loves to be petted. He would happily spend his day close to you, soaking up all the attention he can get. He is good with dogs and cats. He'd probably prefer pet friends who are a little more on the chill side since he can't see. Max is chubby, currently weighing 20 and we have directions from the vet to get him down to 11-12 lb. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. All he needs is a loving home to see the value in a blind senior boy who is ready to be loved like he deserved all along.Help us show Max how great life can be!!
