Barrett - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Hondo, Texas

Meet Barrett.

This sweet little guy is one of the kindest dogs we have here. We estimate that he's around five years old, though that's just our best guess. He weighs only 13 pounds, and if you ask me, its 13 pounds of pure sugar.

Barrett is incredibly gentle and gets along beautifully with other dogs. We did have to move him to a different playgroup because he was being picked on. He's simply too sweet to stand up for himself. His favorite place is curled up in your lap, soaking up all the love and cuddles he can get.

Somehow, this precious boy ended up in one of the most underfunded shelters in deep South Texas but were so grateful he's safe with us now. Barrett is the kind of dog who can fit into almost any loving home, and we know he's going to make one very lucky family incredibly happy.

Barrett is located in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Frederick, MD on August 22nd. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost.
