Siri - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Siri is a sweet 14 lb, pee pad trained Chihuahua who is looking for a patient, loving home where she can continue to come out of her shell. She came from a hoarding situation and was very shut down when she arrived. She's made wonderful progress in foster care and is now spending much more time out of hiding, playing, exploring, and even taking treats from her foster mom's hand.

Siri is still very shy and isn't ready to be a lap dog just yet. She needs an adopter who will give her time, patience and space to build trust at her own pace. A quiet home and a calm, confident dog could be a great fit for her.

If you're looking for an instant cuddle buddy, Siri probably isn't your girl. But if you're willing to give a scared little dog the gift of time, watching Siri discover her confidence will be incredibly rewarding.
