ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Lulu is coming to HT from a rural VA shelter. She was surrendered after her owner tragically committed suicide. The family/friends could not care for her so she was surrendered. We're told she's a sweet girl and we'll know more about her after she arrives with HT on 5/6.
