Chiquita Bonita - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Cooperstown, New York

Introducing Chiquita Bonita!

This senior gal is about 12 years old and eager to meet her most loyal pal. She was transferred into our care from a southern shelter, so we have little history on her. However, Chiquita has spent some time in foster so we've been able to get to know her better!

It takes Chiquita some time to warm up to new people; but when she does, she prefers to bond with one person. She's kind of set in her ways about having boundaries with other dogs; Chiquita can be a bit territorial over her favorite person. If your resident dog doesn't mind that, they are sure to get along just fine!

She is trained to use pee pads in the home, because Chiquita isn't a fan of going outside when it's too cold for her liking (she's a spoiled, southern girl after all)!

Chiquita is spayed, microchipped, up to date with vaccines and flea/tick medication. Give us a call at (607) 547-8111 to chat with our adoption team!
