Russ is a 1.5-year-old mixed small breed pup weighing in at about 16 pounds of pure charm. This sweet and confident little guy is currently living in a foster home with another dog and a few feline roommates—he’s still figuring out those mysterious cats, but he’s making progress every day!

Russ is potty trained and has a wonderful balance of affectionate and spunky. He loves being around people and brings a fun, upbeat energy wherever he goes. One of his most entertaining quirks? Don’t let his small size fool you—this little athlete can jump surprisingly high!
