Stormy is a 1.5-year-old Australian Shepherd weighing in at about 35 pounds, and she’s every bit the smart, energetic pup her breed is known to be. This girl is always ready to go—whether it’s a long walk, a game of fetch, or an outdoor adventure, Stormy thrives when she has plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

True to her herding instincts, Stormy does best in a home that can keep her active and engaged. If she doesn’t get enough outlets for her energy, she’s clever enough to find her own fun (which may or may not be what you had in mind!). But with the right routine, she’s an incredibly fun and rewarding companion.

Stormy is a social butterfly when it comes to other dogs and does amazing with them. She also currently lives with cats and has done great, and she’s been wonderful with kids too—making her a well-rounded addition to a variety of homes.
