Elvis (Elvisa), is a 4-month-old Chihuahua/Italian Greyhound mix. Like most rescue pups, all breed guesses are just that, educated guesses!
This adorable little girl is up to date on her vaccinations, spayed, and ready to find a patient, loving family of her own. She is working hard learning her potty training and crate training manners.
Elvis is still learning that the world isnt such a scary place. Shes a timid sweetheart who is building her confidence one day at a time, and a few tasty treats go a long way in convincing her to try something new! With gentle encouragement, shes making steady progress and is sure to continue blossoming in the right home.
She absolutely loves other dogs, especially those her own size or larger dogs with gentle, playful personalities. While she hasnt met any cats yet, her sweet nature suggests she may do well with a feline friend given a proper introduction.
Because people can be a little overwhelming for her, Elvis is looking for a home with children 10 years or older who can respect her need for patience and allow her to build trust at her own pace.
