Oreo is a 45 year old 15lb sweetheart whose life didnt always include kindness or comfort. When he first came into rescue, he was shy, unsure, and had no idea just how good life could be.

Today, hes discovering that people can be safe, belly rubs are amazing, and following his foster mom around is one of his favorite things to do. The moment you look his way, hell happily flop over, hoping youll stop for a belly rub. Its impossible not to smile.

Once Oreo bonds with his person, he absolutely melts into them. Hes the kind of dog who just wants to be close, soaking up the love hes missed for so long. Watching his confidence grow has been one of the most rewarding things, and hes ready to find the family who will continue showing him that hes cherished.
