Lester - Chihuahua and Rat Terrier Dog for Adoption in Bryan, Texas

Lester is a handsome, tan Chihuahua around 10 years old, and we have just one question: How on earth did this wonderful little gentleman end up homeless?

Lester came to us from a Houston-area shelter, where he was at risk because of a tumor on his prepuce. Thankfully, it wasn't interfering with his ability to potty, and we've already had it removed. He's now fully vetted, heartworm negative, and ready for his forever home!

And what a fantastic little dog he is! Lester is incredibly calm, gentle, and docile. He's wonderful with dogs, cats, and kids, loves being carried, sleeps happily in dog beds, and rides beautifully in the car.

He's also a perfect little houseguest when allowed to roam freely. The only time he really barks is when he's isolated or crated, so he'd much rather just hang out with his people.

You can tell Lester was loved at some point in his life. We may never know how he ended up alone, but we know he's got plenty of love left to give.
