Nina - Chihuahua and Dachshund Dog for Adoption in Atlanta, Georgia

Nina Bedina, as she’s affectionately known, is sweet as pie! She loves to meet new people and dogs. While she hasn’t been around cats while in our care, we think she would do just fine with them. Nina is an all-around easy button dog!

Despite the fact that she came to us in terrible condition, Nina's tail never stops wagging. She was skin and bones at only 5.2lbs when we rescued her from the shelter and is now about 9lbs (her healthy weight).

Her favorite activities include:
• snoozing in the sun on the couch
• snoozing in the sun on a bed, and
• snoozing in the sun outside

This girl also loves a good blankie!

Nina has been housetrained in her foster home but she will also use pee pads.

Nina takes daily medication for a heart condition but she has no exercise restrictions and would enjoy going on walks with her people and fur friends. She’ll need to have her heart monitored by a specialist once a year.

Approx. age - 9 years
