Jackie - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Albuquerque, New Mexico

I'm just 3 years old and they call me Jackie. I weigh about 8#. I just came here from Roswell after I lost my family and my home somehow. Now I'm working to adjust to this new foster home.

Some of the guys that came from Roswell with me really annoy me. I'd rather be by myself right now. Ater I can relax maybe that will change. I am crate trained and haven't made any messes in my crate. Having on a leash scares me. I'd rather be carried if I can't freely walk where we are going. I am a quiet gal and don't get caught up in the barking the others do.

I enjoy being in the outdoor kennel by myself. I sleep through the night in my crate and I am calm when we travel in the car. I'm a little shy right now but I do like being held. After I have time to relax a little, we can see more of the things I enjoy. Would you be willing to be patient with me while I adjust to this new life?
