Casper II 🐾 | Tiny Survivor Looking for His Person

Casper II is the last little one from a hoarding rescue case out of Scottsburg. He was born into rescue after we took in multiple dogs from the situation, and now—he’s the final puppy still waiting for his home.

All of his siblings and cousins have already been adopted. Casper is the last one standing.

He is a very small boy and is expected to stay under 6 lbs full grown.

Personality

Casper is a bit timid at first, which is consistent with his start in life. However, once he feels safe, he shows a playful, gentle nature. He will do best in a calm environment with someone who understands how to build confidence in small dogs.
