// // Meet Kali! Kali is a 1-year-old, 19-pound Chihuahua/Pit Bull mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This young girl is full of energy and enthusiasm for life. She loves to run, play, and be part of whatever her people are doing. If you're looking for a fun, active companion to join you on walks, hikes, or adventures, Kali may be the perfect match. Kali is potty trained and very food motivated, which makes her eager to learn and a great candidate for continued training. She has already made progress with crate training and happily goes into her crate for meals. Like many young dogs, she can feel a little anxious when separated from her people, but with patience, consistency, and time, she will continue to build confidence. She does well with men and women, though she may be a little nervous when first meeting someone new before quickly warming up. Because Kali is still learning her manners and can be enthusiastic during play, we recommend a home without small children, cats, or small animals. Kali may also benefit from being the only dog in the home or living with a larger, calm dog who can be a good match for her play style while she continues working on sharing toys, food, and attention. What Kali loves most is being close to her people. She is affectionate, loyal, and happiest when she can relax nearby after a good play session. Kali is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on all vaccines. Her adoption fee is $300. If you're looking for a devoted young dog who will bring energy, love, and personality into your home, Kali could be your girl.
