Meet Stumpy!

Stumpy is a 9-month-old Chi/Pit Bull mix weighing in at about 20 pounds, and he's got a BIG personality packed into his short little legs! He loves other dogs and will require another dog in the home to keep him out of trouble.

This fun-loving guy is great with other dogs and kids, making him a perfect addition to a variety of homes. Stumpy loves to wrestle and play, though he's still figuring out that his short legs don't quite keep up with the bigger dogs, he's usually trailing behind but having the time of his life doing it!

Stumpy is kennel trained and does amazing with his routine. He sleeps soundly from 9pm to 7am and keeps his kennel clean. He does still have an accident in the house here and there, but has improved greatly. He's also very food motivated (which makes training a breeze!). If he hears you getting his dinner ready, don't worry, he'll politely remind you he's ready to eat

He already knows "sit" and "stay," and he's got excellent manners when it comes to mealtime. Stumpy will sit calmly in his kennel while you place his food bowl down and wait patiently until you release him with "free."

Not afraid of a little adventure, Stumpy even enjoys water, and in his free time, you might catch him living his best life bouncing on a trampoline!

Stumpy's adoption fee is $275 and includes age appropriate vaccinations, dewormer, heartworm medication, microchip and spay/neuter surgery.
