DESCRIPTION
Meet Mrs. Potato Head!
This cute little chunky girl is 8 years old and weighs 11 pounds. Sadly, Mrs. Potato Head found herself in rescue through no fault of her own after being owner surrendered.
We have to be honest-when she first arrived, she was SPICY! She wasn't interested in rescue life, didn't want anyone touching her, and made it very clear that she was not happy about her situation. Mrs. Potato Head was convinced she was going back home and wasn't about to make any new friends.
Well, somewhere along the way, she decided that maybe being sweet and adorable was a better plan for finding a new family!
Now this funny little lady gets excited to see her people, enjoys attention, and has let her charming personality shine through. She's full of character, keeps us laughing, and has proven that sometimes all a dog needs is a little time to adjust and feel safe.
Mrs. Potato Head is ready to trade rescue life for a cozy lap, a comfy bed, and a family who will love her forever. Could that be you?
ABOUT: CHIHUAHUA DOG BREED
The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature. Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
