Meet Arlo, a tiny 4-month-old Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix with a big personality packed into a little body. This sweet boy is equal parts playful, goofy, and affectionate, with a love for life that shines through in everything he does. Arlo thrives on social interaction and would do wonderfully in a home with a playful canine companion. When meeting other dogs, he is super friendly, confident, and ready to play. Tug-of-war and chasing around with his dog friends are some of his absolute favorite activities. His favorite times of day? Easy: playing, eating, and then curling up for a well-earned nap.
While Arlo can be a little shy when meeting new people, he warms up quickly once he knows he is safe, and then his affectionate side comes out in full force. If you scoop him up, be prepared for belly rub requests because this little guy knows exactly how to charm his humans.
Arlo is already potty trained and crate trained, rides well in the car, and has a great foundation of basic training, including knowing his name, come, and sit. He is intelligent, eager, and learning quickly, though like any puppy, he may need a little patience as he adjusts to a new routine in a new home. Found as a stray, Arlo is now discovering what it means to live in a safe and loving home, and he is ready to find a family of his own to keep teaching him just how wonderful life can be. If you are looking for a tiny, playful, affectionate pup with a goofy spirit and a love for belly rubs, Arlo may just be your guy!
