Bennet - Cattle Dog and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Reno, Nevada

Hi, I'm Bennet. I'm a senior gentleman, and let me tell you - I've earned every one of these gray whiskers through my many adventures.

I'd like my retirement to include soft beds, walks to stretch these old legs, a calm home to call my own, and a person to love. The great thing about seniors is that I have the experience being a Very Good Dog and I'll be grateful, every single day, for wherever I get to land.

If you've got room in your heart and your home for a good dog to see through his golden years, I'll be waiting.

The Cattle Dog is a diligent and robust herding breed known for its agility, intelligence, and hardworking nature. Originating in Australia, Cattle Dogs are highly energetic and require ample exercise and mental stimulation. With their remarkable problem solving skills and unwavering loyalty, they excel in various canine activities and make excellent companions for active owners. Their distinctive blue or red coat, sturdy build, and alert expression reflect their heritage as versatile working dogs.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
