Hi my name is Rosie! I am around 9 months old and was found starving, emaciated, and injured in the hot Chicago heat. Luckily, my finder who happened to be a Chicago firefighter got me to the vet and nursed me back to health when no one claimed me. Now I am all vetted, healthy and ready to find my forever home! I am playful and snuggly. I ride well in the car and love to play with other dogs! Despite being let down by humans before, I love people. I am currently being fostered in the Chicago suburbs.
