Meet Million!

Million is a one-of-a-kind 2-year-old terrier mix who is ready to find his forever home! At about 35 pounds, he has the coloring of a Border Collie, wiry terrier hair, and the cutest upright ears that make him completely unique. Million has been wonderful with dogs his size and larger and has been great meeting new people. He walks nicely on a leash and is an affectionate, fun-loving guy who would make a wonderful companion for the right family.

Million does have a few special needs that his future family will need to understand:

He resource guards food, so he will need to be fed separately from other pets and his bowl should be picked up promptly after meals.
He is mostly housebroken but may mark when introduced to a new environment. A belly band may be helpful during his transition.
Million is not a fan of being crated, although we are actively working on his crate anxiety.
Because of his crate anxiety, an apartment or home with shared walls would not be a suitable environment for him.
Million needs a secure fenced yard or a family committed to keeping him safely on leash. He is a wanderer and may take off if given the opportunity.
Million has been fully vetted for the year but will need a booster in 2-4 weeks. He will be ready to go home August 28th!

His adoption fee is $200. Must live within an hour of Elkhart IN.

All animals in the home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines and heartworm prevention. We do not adopt to homes with electric/underground fencing.

Once approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet. Approved adopters should be prepared to bring Million home within 1–3 days of approval.
