Meet Polly Pocket, a female Cattle Dog mix! While we don’t know exactly who dad is, we suspect he may have been a German Shepherd that was found roaming the desert with mama.
Born on March 23, Polly Pocket is almost ready to start searching for her Foster-to-Adopt home! Like her siblings, she is expected to grow into a very smart, active puppy who will need plenty of exercise, structure, and mental enrichment as she grows.
Because of the breeds we suspect are in the litter, we are hoping to find a home with herding breed or working dog experience. Polly Pocket would love a playful canine companion in the home and will do best with another social dog to help keep her active and confident.
A secure yard is required. Any resident dogs must be fixed and fully up-to-date on vaccines with no exceptions. If there are children in the home, they should be over the age of 8.
Polly Pocket is looking for a family ready for all the fun — and responsibility — that comes with raising an intelligent working breed puppy. With the right guidance and training, she is going to make an amazing companion.
