Trixie's Story-

Some dogs have a way of quietly tugging at your heart, and Trixie is one of them.

Trixie is an approximately 3-year-old, 30-pound sweetheart who came to All Herding Breed Dog Rescue alongside Bobby Joe after her family experienced unimaginable hardship. They lost their home during a snowstorm, and shortly afterward, the family's mom was diagnosed with cancer. Faced with heartbreaking circumstances, they made the incredibly difficult decision to surrender the dogs they loved so they could have a chance at a safe, happy future.

Through it all, Trixie has remained gentle and kind. She gets along well with other dogs and asks for very little—just patience, love, and a family she can finally call her own.

She has been through more than any dog should, and now its her turn to know what it feels like to be cherished, protected, and loved unconditionally.
