MEET KENNY — 12-MONTH-OLD CAROLINA MIX

Kenny was once sitting on the euthanasia list at Harris County Shelter, his future uncertain. Trina & Friends K9 Rescue stepped in and gave him the second chance he deserved. Now we need to finish his story by finding him a loving forever home.

Kenny is goofy, playful, smart and incredibly affectionate. Once he trusts you, he is ALL IN — cuddles, kisses, loyalty and even a little drama if you dare stop giving him attention!

Loves to play and is learning fetch
Smart, food-motivated and eager to learn
Almost completely house trained
Settles nicely and sleeps well at night
Needs slow, proper introductions with new dogs
Can be hesitant with new people at first, but once he trusts you, he bonds deeply
Kenny does not love confined spaces, so he needs an adopter willing to continue working with him patiently and positively

Kenny would be an amazing adventure buddy for someone who enjoys being active and is willing to give him exercise, structure, continued training and plenty of love.

He already survived the shelter and got his second chance. Now he just needs someone to choose him.

We are looking for an adopter in New York or Colorado. Kenny is currently in Texas, and transport can be arranged for the right approved home.
