Meet the Potato Gang — Spud!

Spud is a male puppy from our Potato Gang looking for his forever home! This little guy has plenty of personality and puppy energy to spare, and he is ready to find a family of his very own.

Spud and his littermates arrived at Mississauga Animal Services with their mom when they were roughly 2 weeks old. Now, at approximately 7–8 weeks old, Spud is ready to start his next adventure!

Spud is a Cane Corso mix and is expected to grow to approximately 60–80 lbs when fully grown. While he may be little right now, his new family should be prepared for a big dog with plenty of energy, personality and training needs!

Like most Cane Corso puppies, Spud is expected to grow into a high-energy, active dog. His new family should be prepared for plenty of puppy energy, playtime, exercise, enrichment and training. He will need a family who is excited to continue working on his basic training, socialization and manners and help him grow into a happy, well-rounded adult dog and model canine citizen.

Spud has received his first set of vaccines and has been dewormed. His new family will be responsible for continuing his puppy vaccine series and boosters. He will also be adopted with a neuter certificate to use when he is age appropriate to be neutered.

This sweet boy is ready to leave his puppy days behind at the shelter and start growing up surrounded by love, patience and plenty of fun!
