Meet Leo

At almost a year old and 100 pounds, this Cane Corso/Mastiff/Rottie mix is all puppy—big paws, big heart, and an even bigger personality.
Leo has both the best and worst luck for a pup. As big dogs sometimes do, he needed a surgery to repair cartilage in his shoulders and correct a cherry eye, but he was lucky enough to have a fairy dog mother that made sure he got everything he needed and hook him up with the HAHR crew to make sure he was recovered and rehabbed as was required. He has healed beautifully, finished his crate rest like a champ, and is ready to start the next chapter of his life with a forever family.

This handsome guy is a total goofball who loves everyone (people and canine) he meets. He's crate trained, house trained, and always ready for fun—whether that's chasing a ball, chewing on a favorite bone, or jumping through the hose stream on a warm day. Despite his size, he's still very much a puppy and will need a family committed to continuing his training and helping him grow into the amazing dog he's destined to be.

He would love a canine sibling, preferably one sturdy enough to appreciate his enthusiastic "little brother" wrestling style. If you're looking for a loyal companion, a constant source of laughs, and 100 pounds of love, this beautiful boy is ready to steal your heart.

We cannot hold animals more than 7 days after we approve an application, as we don't want them to miss out on a forever home.
Adopters are required to come to us to meet the pets. We cannot ship or transport animals.
