Brandy - Cairn Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Hopkinton, Massachusetts

Meet Baker & Brandy!

Baker and Brandy are two adorable little dogs who recently arrived at Baypath together, and we're already falling for their sweet faces!

These two are sweet, friendly adults who have done well with other dogs around their size. They're still new to the shelter, so we're getting to know their individual personalities and learning more about what makes each of them happiest. So far, we can tell they're pretty darn lovable!

Baker and Brandy will be spayed/neutered on October 8th, prior to adoption. Then it's time for the good stuff-cozy beds, yummy treats, plenty of love, and families ready to absolutely spoil them!

We're excited to learn more about Baker and Brandy as they settle in and can't wait to see them start their next chapters!

The Cairn Terrier is a small, sturdy breed known for its lively and intelligent temperament. Originating from Scotland, these dogs are recognized for their shaggy, weather resistant double coat, often found in shades of cream, wheaten, grey, or red. Cairn Terriers are independent yet affectionate, making them excellent companions for active individuals and families. Their playful nature and love for adventure highlight their loyal and spirited personality, making them a beloved breed for both home and show settings.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
