Hart - Cairn Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption

Meet Hart! She is a 2-lb, 2-month-old Cairn Terrier mix that looks like a little peanut. She loves playing with the cat and her brother and foster siblings! Hart is very quiet but mature and she has been climbing the stairs since she came to her foster home last week.

If you are looking for a sweet adorable puppy, Hart is for you! She is being fostered in Staten Island, NY and her adoption fee is $800.

Hart is a Patron Pup. Patron Pups have higher adoption fees due to varying reasons and are adopted quickly, even with these higher adoption fees. They may be purebred, a highly desirable breed, small in size fully grown, etc. These fees allow them to act as patrons to other pets in our care who may not be as adoptable, or have ongoing costs for medical care, contributing to a longer time in rescue, and therefore a higher cost for us to care for them. Patron Pups allow us to continue rescuing these other animals and give them a better chance at finding their forever homes as well.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
