Pablo - Bulldog and English Pointer Dog for Adoption in New Braunfels, Texas

MEET PABLO

Pablo 3 years old 85 lbs Bulldog/Pointer Mix Male

Pablo is a loving, playful boy who enjoys car rides, long walks, running, fetch, cuddling, and being with his people. He thinks he’s a lap dog and loves sleeping at the foot of the bed.

He is good with children and some dogs, but he is NOT appropriate for small dogs, and his compatibility with larger dogs is unknown. Cats are also unknown.

Pablo can be nervous around loud noises and certain men and may become protective of his person. His history suggests he may have experienced abuse, so he needs an experienced, patient home that understands his boundaries and will allow him time to build trust. Treats are the best way to win him over!

He has previously bitten a person when he perceived that person as a threat to a child he was protecting. He stopped immediately when instructed and was kenneled without further issue. Because of this history, an experienced adopter who understands dog behavior and responsible management is essential.

Pablo is currently vaccinated and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. He is scheduled to be neutered. If someone is approved to adopt him before his neuter appointment, I will require proof of arrangements with their veterinarian for his neuter.

Pablo needs a responsible, committed home that will continue working with him and keep him safe.

Interested in adopting Pablo? You MUST text me your email address to receive an adoption application. An application and approval process are required before adoption.
