Charlie - Bulldog Dog for Adoption in Alma, Michigan
CHARLIE
Bulldog

Alma, Michigan
July 13th
male, medium, adult
DESCRIPTION
Charlie is a sweet bulldog who loves all dogs, cats and people. He came from a home who had too many animals and was set to be euthanized the next day. Unfortunately people are having to make difficult decisions when they cant find homes for their dogs. It seems to be extreme right now. I reluctantly said yes.
Unfortunately bulldogs can be high maintenance and can be quite costly in vet bills. This guy needs an entropic surgery for his eyes which is common in bulldogs. Its when their eyelids turn inwards causing the eyelashes to rub on the cornea causing discomfort and eye drainage. He will be getting his surgery next week. They are prone to acl tears, nasal problems, knee issues and this heat is the worst for them. They can and will overheat.
Bulldogs are great dogs but can be expensive so youll have to budget for a guy like Charlie
