The Bull Terrier is a distinctive and energetic dog breed known for its muscular build, egg-shaped head, and unique personality. Originally bred for blood sports, Bull Terriers have evolved into affectionate companions with a playful and clownish demeanor. Their short, flat coat comes in a variety of colors. While known for their strong will, Bull Terriers are intelligent and loyal, forming strong bonds with their families. Proper training, socialization, and exercise are essential for the well-being of this breed.
Farfel’s Farm & Rescue was founded on the idea that each dog deserves a loving home and the chance for a happy life. We are so thrilled to be able to rescue these amazing dogs from urgent situations in Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas and Cancun, Mexico.
Working with a dedicated team of volunteers, the dogs are pulled from high-kill shelters because they’ve been recognized for the gifts they will bring to a loving family.
They are then transported by specially licensed vans to Colorado for a second chance at life. The dogs are evaluated and treated for any medical issues before being transitioned to their new family, where they can become accustomed to having a family’s love, a warm bed and plenty of healthy food!
