Meet cutie Milo being fostered in the Rice Lake area

Milo is a sweet little 10 month old boy who just wants a family to call his own. He’s a gentle, loving pup who is still figuring things out and making great progress every day.

He’s currently working on his house training and will need regular trips outside, as he doesn’t alert just yet. Milo loves his crate and sees it as his safe space. He also adores his bed—whether he’s playing or curling up for a nap, that’s his spot.
Milo is a playful guy who enjoys his soft toys and a good game of fetch. He gets along well with both dogs and cats, although he may chase smaller animals. He’s good with children of all ages but can be a bit startled by sudden movements.
On walks, Milo is a dream—he walks nicely on leash with no pulling. He can be shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly once he feels safe. He eats well (and slowly!) and has no food aggression.

Milo would thrive in a home with another dog, though he could also do well as the only pup with the right guidance. A fenced yard is a must for him..
He can be nervous when you reach toward his head to put on his leash, but with patience, gentle reassurance, and a few kisses, he’s learning that it’s nothing to worry about.

Milo travels well in the car but will need a toy to keep him occupied—otherwise, he might find his own “entertainment”
