Rascal - Brittany Spaniel Dog for Adoption in Hartford, Kentucky

Rascal came from our local shelter and was very malnourished and apparently been kept in a small kennel 24-7. We say that because when we turned him loose in our play yard he would run the fence and go in his kennel and turn circles around and around.
This precious dog broke all our hearts and then we found a foster that has been working with him. Rascal loves being inside with people, laying next to them. He gets along great with the fosters other dogs and sleeps in a kennel at night. He's still working on his potty training. His foster takes him for a walk on the leash about 2 miles a day and when they go inside he gets the zoomies.
He will make someone a great family pet that can work with him, keep him inside and love him like he deserves.
Rascal absolutely LOVES water and his ideal home is a fenced in yard, lots of loving and access to water (a kiddie pool is just right)
