Meet Jake!

Jake is an adorable 1-year-old, 50 lb Boxer mix who was found as a stray and is now ready to leave his past behind and start the next chapter of his life—with a family of his own.

Despite whatever hardships he may have experienced before coming into our care, Jake has shown us what a sweet, friendly, and well-mannered boy he is. He enjoys the company of both dogs and kids and has so much love, life, and adventure ahead of him.

The boxer is a medium to large sized dog breed known for its muscular build, distinctive square head, and energetic personality. Boxers are loyal, affectionate, and good natured companions, making them an ideal family pet. They are intelligent, playful, and love to be around people, making them excellent with children. Boxers require consistent training, plenty of exercise, and socialization to thrive. With their strong work ethic and protective instincts, boxers excel in various roles, including as service dogs, therapy dogs, and in dog sports.
