Meet SOUTH PAW! She and her sister White Sox are very happy that they are in Illinois, as there are professional baseball teams here, and they are big fans! South Paw is 9 weeks old and tips the scale at 7-1/2 pounds, so she will most likely be a medium size dog when she’s grown.

She is a calm and relaxed puppy who rarely barks. She loves playing with stuffed toys, especially the blue bunny, and she’s always up for a good game of tug. She also loves pig ears and collagen chews and can entertain herself for long periods of time with one. South Paw has long legs and huge, liquid eyes that just beg you to give her lots of kisses, and she is always first in line to be picked up for cuddles. She is well socialized with humans of all ages and also other dogs.

She happily engages in play with her litter mate, but she is also adept at entertaining herself or just chilling and watching the others have fun. South Paw is very alert, very inquisitive, and very smart! She has a soft fawn-colored coat with four white feet and some black and white facial markings.

Veterinarian references are always verified. Your Veterinarian must confirm with K9LLR that your past/ present dogs' Heartworm Testing is up to date and Heartworm preventative has been purchased/scripted, along with a current Rabies vaccine. Call your Veterinarian before applying to give permission for them to release information to K9LLR, and check that all their records are complete and accurate.

Some of our puppies are mixed breeds, and in most cases we do not know who their parents are. We do our best to properly breed ID our pups; however, we cannot be 100% sure of any breed mix.

All puppies have had a wellness exam by a licensed Veterinarian. They are healthy to the best of our knowledge and come with a Certified Health Certificate (CVI). Most puppies will need continued Distemper/Parvo vaccines, a Rabies Vaccine, and continued deworming. This is the adopter's responsibility. All puppies are fed high quality dog food while in the care of K9LLR. We hope our adopters follow suit, and we are happy to discuss nutrition with you.
