Hannah - Boxer and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Brookhaven, New York

"Hannah Banana" arrived very scared nervous after being found abandoned in a yard with no one coming to look for her. It took some time to show little Hannah she could trust us and let us care for her the way she deserves. She has since been slowly making new friends each day and wiggling her way into more hearts. She is about 2 years old and the energy to match it! Hannah loves her toys and enjoys a good zoom in the yard, but she also loves to curl up under the blankets and have a nice nap! Hannah clearly had puppies in the past and sadly momma's are often left behind once no longer "needed." But we won't let that happen! Hannah is curious and is always looking to explore but can be nervous of new people at times. Despite making friends at the shelter, she will need slow introductions and time to settle into a new environment. Are you looking for a silly cuddle bug? Hannah may be the pup for you!
