Ranger is the pup everyone should pick to be on their team! He’s an all around good pup and he doesn’t mind covering the infield and the outfield. He will snuggle with you on the couch, or he will gladly go for a walk or romp around the backyard.
He’s housetrained and crate trained. He is dog, cat, and kid friendly!
He might be a rookie at only 7-8 months old but he is going to be an ALLSTAR when he finds his forever home! How about drafting Ranger and giving him a chance?
Ranger is loyal to the home team so adopters must live in DFW. Apply below..
If you would like to meet Ranger, the first step in the process is to complete an application. Please go to roadtrip4paws.com and click on the Adopt tab to find a link to our online application.

ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG BLUE HEELER DOG BREED
The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.
The boxer is a medium to large sized dog breed known for its muscular build, distinctive square head, and energetic personality. Boxers are loyal, affectionate, and good natured companions, making them an ideal family pet. They are intelligent, playful, and love to be around people, making them excellent with children. Boxers require consistent training, plenty of exercise, and socialization to thrive. With their strong work ethic and protective instincts, boxers excel in various roles, including as service dogs, therapy dogs, and in dog sports.
