Meet Oatley – A Little Survivor Looking for a Foster-to-Adopt Home
Oatley is a 3–4 month old puppy with an incredible story of survival and resilience. He was rescued from the San Bernardino shelter euthanasia list alongside his siblings when they were only tiny puppies fighting for their lives.
Tragically, his siblings did not survive.
Oatley is the only survivor of his litter.
Despite everything he has endured at such a young age, Oatley continues to show nothing but love, happiness, and a playful spirit. He is now healthy, growing, and thriving, and ready to find a committed foster-to-adopt home where he can continue to blossom.
Currently around 16 lbs, Oatley will likely grow into a large dog, although his exact breed mix is unknown. He is affectionate, playful, curious, and loves being around people. He enjoys toys, attention, and exploring the world around him like any happy puppy should.
Like all puppies, Oatley is still learning. He is currently working on potty training and puppy manners and will need a patient and understanding family committed to helping guide him as he matures.
Because he is still too young to complete all of his vetting, Oatley is currently available as a foster-to-adopt through Loving PAWSabilities, Inc. He will still need to be neutered once age-appropriate, and Loving PAWSabilities, Inc. will continue to handle and cover all remaining vetting. All of our rescue dogs are fully vetted through our organization prior to final adoption.

The boxer is a medium to large sized dog breed known for its muscular build, distinctive square head, and energetic personality. Boxers are loyal, affectionate, and good natured companions, making them an ideal family pet. They are intelligent, playful, and love to be around people, making them excellent with children. Boxers require consistent training, plenty of exercise, and socialization to thrive. With their strong work ethic and protective instincts, boxers excel in various roles, including as service dogs, therapy dogs, and in dog sports.
