DESCRIPTION
Latte came into rescue with Mocha and they appear bonded. Latte sees very little and the vet said it was genetic - not a problem that can be surgically repaired. She is sweet as pie and loves being near her human. She does use Mocha as her guide and Mocha is undergoing medical treatment for her legs. At this point we are not sure if they will need to be adopted together. She's heartworm negative and other than her eyes, appears perfect!
