Precious BEAR has been through it!!!!!
He arrived to our rescue weighing only 3.11 lbs (emaciated), eye badly injured, dehydrated, and exhausted.
His owner neglected to care for him. Family stepped in and asked us to take him.
They warned us that he needed TLC and vet care, but nothing could have prepared us for this!
After settling in with lots of water, food, and lovin', his little personality come out very quickly.
He loves to perch on my shoulder like a parrot when we watch TV.
He is a face kisser, so his next family must approve of this! He loves to love!!!!
He has been eating canned food, and is always excited to spend time with everyone.
He has the typical boston terrier mentality--- fine with dogs, but through the kennel " game on!" Ha!
He has done great with our kids, 13 and 17 yo.
Bear is very special to me, and we will gladly wait for the best family to adopt him.
Bear is 8-10 yo. He did great with his recent enuculation (eye removal) and neuter.
Would you believe he went from 3.11 lbs to 10 lbs in less that a month!? He wouldn't have made it much longer before we got him... Very sad situation.
