Meet Foxy! And, yes, she's just as fabulous as her name suggests. This sweet 1 y/o terrier mix was days away from never getting her story told. Foxy was living on borrowed time at a high-kill LA shelter. Her 72-hour deadline long past, all because of a little doggy cold. A cold. Thankfully, an amazing foster saw past the sniffles and recognized what she truly was: a joyful, spirited soul just waiting for her life to begin.

And what a life she's ready to live. Foxy is pure sunshine in a fox-colored coat. She's playful and silly, the kind of dog who makes you laugh without even trying. She carries herself with a happy-go-lucky energy that's nothing short of contagious; a zest for life that makes it hard to believe the world almost gave up on her. She LUVs her toys, playing fetch, and soaking up every single moment like it's a gift (because she knows better than most that it truly is).
