Scruffy may be a little bit shy at first, but you can't blame him, he hasn't had the chance to learn that the world isn't a big scary place yet.

Scruffy was recently taken in by Animal Control and landed himself in an overcrowded shelter in rural Georgia after being confiscated in a hoarding situation. Thankfully, he wasn't in too bad shape, especially compared to the other dogs who were living beside him, and thanks to our rescue partners he's ready to get a fresh start.

If you give this little guy a chance, you're sure to see his adorable personality shine through, with tail wags, body wiggles, and gentle, hopeful eyes. He's just looking for his person or forever family to help give him comfort, stability and love. In return, he'll gladly give you companionship, understanding, and unconditional love.

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.
