Nova is a 10-week-old puppy who weighs 9 lbs and is ready to find her forever home!
Nova and her brother Orion were pulled from the euthanasia list and given a second chance at life. Sadly, black dogs are often overlooked in shelters simply because of their fur color, and they can be less likely to make it out alive. Nova deserved that chance, and now she’s ready to find a family of her own.
Nova may be a Border Collie mix, and she is one smart little girl! She is already almost 100% potty trained and will go potty as soon as she gets outside. Not bad for such a young puppy!
She loves to play, zoom around, and have fun with her toys. She has also been around chickens and does really well with them. She goes outside with us every day while we do our chicken chores. She is kitty-friendly, too, and loves playing with our resident cat.
Nova is a playful, clever little girl with so much love and personality to share.
