Amigo is a smart, outgoing, high-energy guy who's ready to find a person who can keep up with him! This boy is looking for an active home where he can put his brain and energy to good use. Whether it's learning new tricks, exploring the outdoors, or having a job to do, Amigo is ready to clock in!

Amigo would prefer an adult-only home where he won't have little kiddos accidentally knocked over by his enthusiasm. He can also be reactive around other dogs, becoming barky and overstimulated when he sees them, so he'll need someone willing to help him navigate those moments and set him up for success.

Amigo came to us all the way from California after being found as a stray. We don't know what his life looked like before he arrived, but we do know what we want for his future: a home where he's loved, understood, and never left wondering where he belongs again.

He's got so much potential, a big personality, and a whole lot of love to give. Now he just needs someone to take a chance on him and show him what it means to be part of a family.
