Simon - Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Plover, Wisconsin
SIMON
Border Collie

male, large, senior
DESCRIPTION
Meet Simon! This fuzzy 8-year-old is such a sweetheart. He came in pretty matted on his back side, so he does have a funky haircut right now. He is very affectionate and loves his toys. He can get possessive over his food and toys, so young children are not recommended for him. He may do well with another dog but seemed a little too interested in the kitties. Simon is weighing in at 90 lbs currently. He is pretty overweight and is on a weight loss journey. Even though he can be possessive of his items, he is very tolerant with grooming and vet care! Simon will need continued grooming as his coat grows out to avoid becoming matted again. We are unsure whether Simon is house trained or not, but his kennel seems to be clean most of the time. Simon is neutered, micro chipped, and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $100.+tax. If you are interested in meeting/adopting Simon please fill out an application on our website; www.hspcwi.org. Only the approved adopter will be notified for an appointment. If the adopter is a resident of Portage County a dog license will be issued at the time of adoption.
