Oakley - Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Lakewood Ranch, Florida

He needs a foster and will be transported to FL Tampa area 10/24🤎💙 Meet Oakley — A Good Boy Who Deserves So Much Better! 🐾

Just look at those eyes! 😍 Oakley is a handsome 3-year-old Border Collie with a stunning chocolate coat, mesmerizing mismatched eyes, and the sweetest, laid-back personality.

Oakley and his sister were dropped off at an extremely rural shelter, where access to veterinary care and opportunities to be seen by potential adopters are incredibly limited. These two risk being overlooked simply because of where they ended up. 💔

Oakley is a chill, easygoing guy who seems happy to take life as it comes. He’s already neutered and ready to start his next chapter! We’re still learning about his life indoors, so we’re unsure if he’s housebroken or how he does with cats.

Oakley deserves more than to sit in a remote shelter waiting for someone to notice him. He deserves a soft place to land, a family to call his own, and a future where he’ll never be left behind again.

Can you help Oakley find the second chance he deserves? Whether you can foster or adopt, you could change this boy’s entire world. 🏡🤎💙
