DESCRIPTION
Oakley is a sweet, very well-behaved, curious young girl. She loves people, and bonds strongly with her "person". She is very calm for her age. She can amuse herself very well by playing with stuffies, chew toys, and relaxing on her bed.
She also loves to be wherever her people are. She is a total cuddle bug who loves to lie next to you, and on you! She gives tons of kisses and has amazing eye-contact with her gorgeous light brown eyes.
She knows her name and will come when called. She knows several commands, and learns quickly.
Oakley loves walks, going to the dog park, and sniffing around the backyard. She has adjusted to being on a leash, and usually only pulls when she sees a small animal.
She eats and sleeps well, enjoys being brushed, and is completely house-trained.
She's friendly and gentle when meeting new people, including children, and other dogs. She would love a forever home where she can give and receive tons of love! She will make a wonderful addition to any family.

ABOUT: BORDER COLLIE DOG BREED
The Border Collie is a highly intelligent and energetic dog breed known for their herding capabilities and exceptional obedience. Originating from the border regions of Scotland and England, these agile and versatile dogs are famous for their focus, stamina, and trainability. With their striking black and white coat and intense gaze, Border Collies excel in various canine sports and activities, making them ideal companions for active families and individuals seeking a loyal and dynamic pet.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
